Charsoq Company was established in 2008 aimed to of provide solutions for marketing management processes and sales management in pharmaceutical industry. Primer idea of establishing this company was formed in 2007 and in order to answer companies needs to management and measurement of the performance indicators of the marketing and sales process in the pharmaceutical industry. The first version of the software known as MARIS by customers nowadays, was designed and implemented to overcome operational challenges and meet digital needs of one of the leading companies in the dietary supplement industry and developing team used SSADM methodology to design this software. Releasing this software in market and receiving a wave of positive feedback from senior managers and customers’ satisfaction in addition to their inclination to use the planning and marketing processes software’s reports, made Charsoq’s managers improve and upgrade MARIS capabilities to cover all predictable and unpredictable customer’s needs. Founders Policy in order to cover all planning, marketing, and sale processes in health industry, made Charsoq service development inevitable and led to the opening of new perspective in activities and the development of organizational structure as now, Marketing Information System (MARIS) program is only a part of the wide range of services provided by Charsoq. Over time the company’s services, has been developed from electronic and software domain to non-electronic and practical domain as well. All services have been upgraded, evaluated and corrected to build maximum customer satisfaction by focusing on challenges, concerns and operational needs of healthcare companies in all post-product or post-importation stages continually. Considering the basic need but rarely responded of” measuring performance of marketing and sales indicators in the health industry”, Charsoq Company has set the creating design capabilities, presenting and analyzing and evaluating electronic and non-electronic services in this field as the main object of its activities .
The main goal of these services is managing marketing strategies and selling pharmaceutical products and services by taking into account national rules governing the business environment and providing appropriate measures to evaluate efficiency. Today, and with one-decade experience of cooperation with the largest domestic and international companies in Iran’s market and providing consulting and software services to a wide and diverse range of customer’s community, has reached a perfect maturity and a transparent structure.
